Objectives

  

  • Raise awareness regarding environmental issues and sustainability using intergenerational learning.
  • Preserve and  promote European cultural heritage through storytelling and illustration arts.
  • Support inclusion of older generations with fewer opportunities for environmental education.
  • Promote active European citizenship and bring EU values to the local level.
  • Foster environmental sustainability by educating across generations.

Implementation


  • International  Training and Dissemination: Train educators, psychologists, and youth professionals.
  • Local Workshops: Facilitate workshops on storytelling and environmental education for people of all generations.
  • Storytelling  and Illustration: Produce the NaNu Illustrated Storybook, a collection of traditional and modern stories focused on human-nature connection.

Target Groups


  • Older Adults (55+): Engage them in sharing traditional wisdom and promoting sustainability.
  • Educators and Youth Workers: Equip them with tools to use storytelling as a medium for environmental education.
  • Children  & Youth (5-29): Educate on environmental issues using relatable, engaging storytelling.
